BEACH
Klong Hin is a perfect beach on the southwest coast of Ko Kut. For us, this is one of the most photogenic beaches in Thailand. The beach is renowned for its natural beauty, with soft, powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The beach is surrounded by coconut palms and verdant hills, creating a picturesque and serene setting. All in all, a real must-see beach that you should visit for a special occasion, such as a honeymoon.
The calm and clear waters are ideal for swimming at both high and low tide. While Klong Hin does not offer extensive water sports facilities, it is suitable for relaxing water activities such as kayaking. The beach offers rentals, allowing you to paddle along the coast and explore the nearby coves and bays.
Please note that the last 2 kilometers to the beach is a small road, most of which is concrete. However, this road is lonely and dark at night. If you are coming from the main road, turn left at the intersection. There is no sign!
WHERE TO STAY
At Klong Hin there are 2 stays. Although the Khlong Hin Beach Resort is a good mid-range option, located right on the beach, we prefer the more upper range À La Koh Kood Resort, across the small river. This stay is very clean and situated on a creek.
All places have a restaurant. If you do want something different, take a scooter to the main road.
